Lord, bless this home and all who abide herein. Let your candle
ever glow throughout its corridors, and permit your glory to tabernacle in each room. May the inside of these walls
be a nursery for future champions of the faith and a haven for the weary.
Set a watch in our soils that whether wake or
sleep, we dare not gaze upon any vain image. Guard our mouths that
perverse word never find refuge there. And teach our tongues that we may administer seasoned counsel to the heavy
hearted.
Give us strength that we may take up the stumbling blocks from the
path of the righteous, and make strong our hand for war with any soul that would set themselves against your
glorious cause. Lay the foundation on a bedrock of grace, and let the
cornerstone be set in mercy.
Establish here the fountain of love as a lively spring refreshing
all who partake of its life giving flow; and grant us to continually dwell by the banks of the river of peace
